Another good day re RDI but I've had hardly any exercise this week because of the 'flu. Still, the scale seems to be on a downward trend so hopeful for my weekly weigh-in tomorrow a.m.

I really need to rest and get over this 'flu but I have a chock-full weekend! Elder daughter had a poetry recital this evening (she read beautifully and the whole evening was very emotional). Younger daughter is on a day trip to Istanbul which means her boarding a bus at 2 a.m. tonight and picking her up tomorrow night at about 1 a.m. Then on Sunday I have a full-day seminar at school - it'll be good but I really wish it wasn't Sunday :(
