I've started my weight loss journey from scratch as of 04/01/2010. as this was my heaviest weight so far. Since the 4th i have lost 4.5lbs in 2 weeks.
I've been going to the gym twice a week and having a drink of water every time i feel hungry. I have a weakness for salt and vinegar crisps of any kind but mainly Seabrook and McCoys. I'm also trying to eat more fruit.
My cousin gets married at the end of May, I'm hoping to have dropped one dress size by then so that i can wear a really nice dress :)
