Good aftrenoon FS. Feeling a little better today. Gonna hold off on workout till tomorrow. Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm so glad to have buddies like y'all! Will write more when I can. :-)

Its nice to feel better after being sick...but don't over do..it will set you back..Like Buffy said you have the rest of 2012 to get back at it..:O)
