had a little too much chocolate.yesterday. old habbits die hard and i used to overendulge on chocolate each and every period. something about feeling sorry for myselve. nothing physical. anyway. i punished myselve by rowing on the rowmachine for an hour... it broke me even i guess. this morning an all time low.
212.1 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
