End of the holiday season cannot arrive soon enough. Doing pretty well at limiting my intake of junk, and the workouts have gone well with one minor glitch. I suspect things will be more positive from here.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
