Made it through 45 minutes of circuit training with Jillian Michaels. Wasn't easy; wasn't pretty, but I did it! I have a lot of goals I'd like to work on, but for now, I have two I want to accomplish. 1) Work out early in the day to get it done and over with and 2)make a weekly menu of meals and start planning them better. I have great ideas and plans but sticking with them is my downfall. I've started over a hundred times to fall off a couple of days to a couple of weeks into it. Errrrgh! I wish I had more support here by me, but the husband is a wishy-washy supporter at best. My sister is an hour away, and none of my friends exercise.
