The Holidays have been a little tough on my weight loss goals, but i am happy to say it could be way worse! Made it through thanksgiving with out huge cheats, stuck to my goal of doing phase 4. I Went off atkins on christmas, mom made these rolo turtles- MMMMmm!!! I initially went off to make the stuffing and the rolo turtles were the reward! My turkey turned out delicious, i didnt end up stuffing it so next year i wont make stuffing, someone else can. I stayed off atkins a few days after xmas, went back on a day or two then off for new years eve and new years day. I ate tons of crap while off. I feel huge and gross. back on tomorrow! :) WOOHOO! I am going to do strict induction for (at least) 2 weeks! (wich would be 1/2-1/16) New Years was fun at Jame's house, drank smith n kerns. ate chex mix. listened to music, watched fireworks, hung out around the bon fire and played and visited with Rowena, Jenn, Big Mike, Schmexy bear and Hunzy. Mare and Dad came and got us around 5am. Came back to her house for breakfast and sleep! Ended up being a fun night. Been eating crap like biscuits, ice cream, chips, crackers, m&ms, cookies etc. Back on tomorrow no cheats for AT LEAST 2 months, would like to make it until summer. Mini goal #1 is to loose 10 lbs by Feb 14th 2012 My challenges to reach this goal will be to 1. stay strict on indtuction 2. log all of my food 3. drink more water! Out with the old, in with the new. hopefully this year will bring positive changes and break bad habits. Happy New Year!!!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
