portion control...calorie count...more veggies...iceland ciabatta (120 cals) ...replace marge with soft cheese...makeaway not takeaway...side salads x 2 a week...soup x 1 a week
224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
