Good Morning Buddies! Grand kids Christmas Program today and after that, a "free" day. Just Check on my dad and wrap up some holiday loose ends...
Been dutifully tracking food, and workouts are in the form of shopping, walking, shoveling snow and extra house cleaning! Got all my Christmas cards out yesterday morning and baked last night. I seem to have reached a point in my appetite that nothing really makes me eat uncontrollably anymore. I still have quite a bit of stress that I deal with, but food is no longer my "go to" for calming myself. I think the fact that I have not restricted myself or labeled anything forbidden has been successful for me.
I notice everyone seems extra busy and there are less posts...I can relate! I want to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday Season and focus on what is truly meaningful to you and the ones you love.
