Well, I've made it thru the last 2 days WITHOUT the cookies. Last night I even went so far as to weigh some dough and see how many calories it would be. Came close, REAL close to saying the heck with it, go ahead. Put it away. Thought about some other things I could eat that fit my plan, decided I wasn't even hungry. Went to bed. Woke up this morning feeling really rested and no morning after regrets. That's a win win in my book!
