body fat percent is probably a more accurate measure since people are built differently. At a BMI of 25 I should weigh 154. at my lowest adult weight ever I was 164 with 6 percent body fat which I think is very unhealthy
224.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

BMI is just a guide since everyone is different. Just checked mine.on http://www.smartbmicalculator.com/. I appear to be at a optimum weight and the comment on my goal weight is that it may be unhealthy. t's not the weight as much as my 33-34% fat ratio that I want to lower. The intermittent diet is a fat burner as well as a restorative life style.
