Good luck on your restart. I am restarting too. I regained 35 lbs. but managed to keep the other 45 from coming back. It is a big relief to be back on Atkins and I am lucky because my husband, my brother, my sister-in-law and as of today my sister are doing Atkins with me. We all desperately need it for our health. Hope all was well with your colonoscopy.
