Back on the wagon after a week vacation for the holiday. I am so pleased that the holiday didn't pack pounds back on - I certainly wasn't on my best behavior. I am lucky to have maintained, but unlucky in that no progress toward my next goal was made.
I did use the time off from work to re-focus back toward positivity and being in the best health I can be. Awaiting the results of a biopsy is nerve racking and I just want the damn answer. Whatever the result. Then I can adjust or go full tilt back into my personal focus on regaining the old me.
I did receive a great compliment the other day from a co-worker when I posted a picture from Thanksgiving two years ago. It made me really look at how far I have come rather than what I still have ahead. I need that every now and then - to celebrate the success as well as looking toward the future.
