FBS 84. Happy Christmas eve for those that celebrate it. We had our Yule but our nice dinner has to wait until Monday, when my son is off work.
Gearing up for a long day. My daughter is moving so she'll be dropping Lilly off in just a bit. I 'll be having her for most of the day. This is just the warm up as this next Tuesday my daughter is going back to work. She'll be working 9 1/2 hour days; Tuesdays through Fridays which translates into VERY long days for me as well. I'm just glad I'm here to help. Also very grateful my daughter found a good job!
Also, you may find wine regularly on my menu. I've heard that dry wines are great for helping fasting blood sugars so I did a little experiment and I can state that for me it's drops my fasting blood sugars at least 10 points every time! I use to drink wine before bed years ago to help me sleep (per doctor's advice). Don't know why I stopped.

Good to hear from you. Here's hoping the holidays aren't so hectic they wear you completely out. But then, the wine might help with that too, eh?
