Damn Cricket and it's lack of Healthy Food. Yeah, I should have been more prepared but I was in a rush yesterday and did not have time to prepare something. I did stay clear of the Chips and Beer though :D
319.7 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 110.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
