I have been away for awhile and been torn between knowing that I need to eat better to just not doing it. I am here today and I am going to take it one day at a time and try to make healthier choices. I need to get this weight off. Luckily I haven't really gained anything back, I know that is because I still go to the gym(not as much as I want to) So Ive mostly maintained my weight. I need to get serious, the hardest part is the beginning and then sticking to my new lifestyle.
