I'm so proud of myself for loosing 10 lbs in one month. I originally hoped to lose it faster but I'm surprisingly satisfied with the pace and how I'm doing it - diet and exercise. No stimulants. That's been a tough one b/c they are available and I fought to have them. Now I don't know if I want them. I don't know. What I do know is that I am happy with my progress and I want to keep it up.
