So that "3 day diet" didn't work. I didn't think it would though. Mostly because the diet is based around lowered carbs and lowered calories. I already eat low carb, so I was actually eating more carbs on this diet. Also I was a little worried about not eating enough calories so I added one snack during the day, hehe. Oh, and it did get me to start eating breakfast again.
Oh well, I did lose weight and that will be official. It looks like my goal of 199 on 12/23/2011 is very close :) I can't wait!
