Ok, so I'm on vacation and my Mom's scale is defiantly wrong. It says I weigh 245lbs, I know it's not true so I'm just not weighting in this week. Honestly I haven't really be fallowing the diet any how. I finally got the book so one I get home I can really get it started. Seeing all my old friends is good inspiration too. I use to be really thin, so when I see them it really makes me feel sick to see how far I have let my self go..
