So week one is coming to and end and what i did for workouts was Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred day 1 was good day 2 i was so sore that i could not walk up my stairs so not work all together i got 4 workout in thats good better than none my stat for this week is neck 14 1/4 loss 1/4 chest 40 loss 1 arms left 12 1/2 loss 1/4 right 12 3/4 gain 1/4 belly 40 1/2 hips 48 3/4 loss 1/4 legs left 24 3/4 loss 1/2 right 23 1/2 loss 1 knee left 16 1/2 loss 1/4 right 16 1/4 loss 1/4 total inches lost 3 3/4 weight stayed the same
