Didn't work out for 1-2 days because of trips out of down. Back on the grind again. Today's Workout:

Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Workout
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Leg Lifts (lying down): 10 , 15
Single Arm Overhead Press (10lb.): 15, 15, 10L/15R
Standing Single Leg Butt Press: 2 sets of 15
Oblique Twist (sitting/10lb.): 1 set of 10
Chair Dips: 18, 18, 13, 13, 30
