Today I begin OWL again. I lost 33lbs this past year and have been keeping it off. I told myself if I went up more than 2 lbs And I felt out of control with carbs I would get back to a more regimented plan. So here I am a few weeks before Christmas and need to watch what I am doing.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
