So, I have gone MIA again. My clothes don't lie. I am really struggling to fit into anything anymore. So, with head held up high, I post my weight now again, and attempt to start over. I hope everyone is going well :)
209.2 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Jacqui, I am well. Just celebrated my 43rd birthday. I am the queen of weight stacking as it were. Since 2012, I have gained about 20 kilograms. Nothing fits. I am at the desperate stage :( Lets get back on the wagon together !

Hey Angelica! I came back last week too and my hips did not lie eithet girlie. The main thing is that you're trying. Please don't be discouraged- I've found that this community is whole-heartedly empathetic. Onwards and upwards from here. Lots of Hugs!Xx Fifi 😊

Aww thanks Fifi! At least we are on here and telling each other about our struggles to people who TOTALLY get it! Its not easy, and we all know that before long it will be the silly season and lots of tempting foods. Lets be good until then at least - I hope to lose about 10 kgs before Christmas. Onwards, and Downwards (on the scales :)

Well. I managed to finish dinner by 7.30 pm which for me is amazing. I feel quite full so hopefully won't be looking for food. I have allowed for a cup of de-caf before bed around 9pm so I will be heading to bed early so I don't eat more. I will weigh tomorrow morning on the scales, before doing it all again :)

That's my goal too girly! I want to hit 80 by December. It's so good to be "surrounded" by like-minded people who can actually place themselves in your shoes and feel that struggle 😊 Just keep going. WE GOT THIS WOMAN 💪❤

Ok, lets get back on the wagon together :) I can't believe I hit the nasty 3-digit number for a few weeks - eek! I'm going to make it a goal to check-in with you here at least every second day! So keep me updated and keep on keeping on. I will have to start doing journal entries too :)

Naww thankyou Jacqui - my birthday was a very good one (far too much food though) - Journal entries are really helpful, and they keep you honest. I also keep a book diary where I write the date, how much I weighed that morning (good or bad) and everything that I eat. It keeps me motivated. Don't stress too much about being in a 3 digit number weight. Use it to your advantage to move away from the 3 digit number. It is so easy to end up there, but you can do it... What diet are you following?
