R3P2 - VLCD #44
I feel really bloated today, my stomach is still acting weird lately and wondering if I should go for a check up, it's been too long now.
I'm going to try to avoid coffee today, ok being realistic I'll try to avoid coffee as much as I can!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

try mint tisane, it does help with the bloating feeling... also, if is persistent and really annoying get a lettuce (the hard kind, don't know the actual name) boiled it and drink the water, is gonna be gasy gasy hahaha but your inflammation will disappear like magic. Hope today you can avoid coffee today, I'm also an addict so my thoughts are with you :P
