I need to play catch up here.....
December 30th - Started low carb/high protein diet.
December 31st - wow.. already feeling better!
Who knew bananas had 40 grams of carbs? lol
January 1st - started having some cravings. At least I think they were cravings for snacks. I just felt more hungry than usual. I won...but going to bed earlier than usual helps!
January 2nd - lost only 2 pounds so far with No cheating... but body is still probably making changes. I haven't been able to diss my morning cup of coffee yet! Trying to drink more water.... that's been easy to accomplish. I prepared myself 2 low carb dishes today and have them put away in the fridge so I have nice meals to eat this week.
