I'm disappointed in myself. Last night I swore that I would not drink, which I ended up doing. 1 Cosmo, 2 vodka/redbulls, and 3 glasses of champagne. Not only did I drink but I ate poorly as well. Ordered a pizza and pigged out, and the whole time I was thinking "don't do it!" but I did anyway. I need to be stricter with myself and not let holiday's be a free for all. I won't be able to stick to my plan if I let myself get out of control. So with that being said - 2010 is going to be a year of complete lifestyle changes. It's time I take control of my life and live it to the fullest.
