I haven't checked in in awhile but still working on losing weight. Looks like I've dropped 10 lbs since last weigh in. It's not been easy. Started playing tennis with a friend twice a week.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
