So my total cholesterol and my "bad" cholesterol is elevated, as well as my total bilirubin. My platelet count is low, too. Might be an issue with my liver. Fingers crossed it's because of the fatty stuff I've been eating for quite some time. I'll probably get my BP checked tomorrow morning when I go in to talk about the lab values with my doctor; see if it's still screwy after a week on BP meds.
On the bright side, I've managed to get three fairly-decent treadmill runs in, trotting anywhere from 7-to-7.25 miles in an hour, and the missus is shoving salads, greens and veggies (as well as some fish) at me with near-reckless abandon.
