This week was a bad week, due to all the sweets i ate. Tomorrow starts a new week and I am re-focused. I plan to make this a better week all around (eating, exercising ans water intake).
258.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
