I just realized that I have to be able to fit into my winter coat. Right now I am about 10-20 lbs too heavy for it. I'll keep my carbs as low as possible and not go over 1600 calories each day. I will start walking outside tomorrow. I will not walk the full 3+ miles around Lake Hollingsworth yet though. I used to walk in this neighborhood when I lived with Lawrence. There are many different ways to walk around on the streets and stretch the time it takes to walk around before going home. I haven't walked around the lake in more than a year, and gained all this weight. Hopefully I can take off this weight as fast as I put it on.
