I'm really proud of myself for going to the gym and working out for 30 mins. It's not a lot of time for many, but it's the first time I've done anything that physical in years.

I'm also proud of myself for taking control of my eating. Food is such a source of comfort to me. By changing what I eat and doing my best to look at it as if I am gaining something positive (and not losing great tasting, bad-for-you food), I open up new, healthy possibilities for myself.
