Today I've between small and moderate ketosis, I think avoiding the fruit made the trick, but I really didn't have time to eat my orange yesterday. I had lots of decaf though.
BF = 27.4%
BMI = 23.1%
140.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
