Picking myself up, dusting myself off, and limping to catch up with the bandwagon that I fell off of a while back.

Its been quite a tumultuous month since I last checked in, and I'm only grateful for the fact that the numbers weren't astronomically high (before weighing in I was almost certain I'd be close to if not at 180).


Need to get back on track, in with the good, and continue tracking EVERYTHING. Some people do better when they don't weigh in all the time....clearly, I'm not one of them.

Went to visit family for a mini getaway and learned that I still do not do well when I have junk food at hand. Chips, ice cream, cookies - if it was offered I ate it, knowing better the entire time.

Some of my stressors are winding down now, so hopefully that'll help. I'm staying vigilant about going to the gym. Fixing my food habits comes next.

Gosh, we need to live in the same area. You could push me at the gym and I could push you to eat these dang sprouts I ate today, LOL. Ok, maybe other foods. I love junkfood but for some reason I can pull the eating together but completely fail when it comes to exercise. Here's to us both finding balance in both areas. Get back to your healthy ways and you'll soon be out running that wagon. You got this! <3

Thanks Chica! The gym is a must for me, because it helps to regulate my hormones (I get super depressed if I skip for a couple days at a time), so that makes it easier for me. The junk food I can be good on, so long as its not in my house ;)

By all means get in the gym. I'm glad it's there for you and helps. I admittedly felt better one time when I was on the treadmill daily for a week. I just need to keep at it. Yes, junk food in the house is the worst. Be strong! :)
