I've been up and down with water weight and then there have been a couple of 'over' days (with only 1 being over 2000!). I'm trying to stay at 1000kcal as a goal, but up to 1200kcal is alright. I'm also doing light yoga twice a day now. That's definitely helping my flexibility. The goal this week is to weigh 150 (or less) by Saturday morning. I think it's definitely doable. And now that I'm back in the groove of counting, I'll shoot for 2lbs next week.
