Fell off the wagon, rolled into a ditch and woke up a few days later...It was no one single food or craving or anything in particular...it was like my resolve vanished and actually I let the events of the past few days affect me in a bad way. I had a little slip and then thought to myself, well, then I will just eat less and lose it faster...WRONGO! When I was a teen or in my twenties I could do that...I only ended up eating more and more and became less and less satisfied... I am back! Have a great weekend everyone.

Welcome back. I also had a relapse; we all do. Realizing that and actually doing something about it is a major step forward.

I think it is good not to shame yourself but good not to dismiss it either. To spend some time reflecting on what steps took you in that direction....it did not happen to you but by you. So it is good if when we mis--step we learn the "why" to be better prepared to avoid that again in the future.
