Doing OK. Today was the second Christmas Party I went to so far. I may go to another Tuesday and then there's the holidays themselves. Yikes! Anyway, I didn't do low carb very well today there was cheesecake there. Oh well. I will be much more cautious the remainder of these parties unless there is mince pie at one, since I haven't had it in years. Glenn P.S. I think induction will be a good idea after New Year's and then a complete avoidance of all sugar. Maybe I can do the no sugar from today on... I'll give it a try anyway...
