Yesterday I finally got up to an hour of sustained exercise at the gym. No change in weight followed, but my shoulders feel rather sore. After seeing my weight fall last week I don't expect it to change much this week. My belt is down to the middle hole; that means that my waist size is, I suppose 30 inches. I'm wearing 34 and 35 inch trousers, though. Nothing makes sense.

What I am hoping for is to reach my goal by the time I see my regular physician next, in February. That would be a pleasant surprise for her; I don't think she believed I'd ever lose as much as I had when I saw her last in August.

Congrats on an amazing job. Exercising and weight loss and being faithful to your new way of eating/life. I am sure your physician will be suitably impressed, just as we all are.

Buddy you keep amazing me...Congrats on the hour at the gym..I am sure your doctor will have great things to say about you for sure...My goodness you have done an awesome job on your self...Keep it up and you only have just a few more to go....☺
