Pleased to see the scales go down a bit today 😀 The new challenge I joined this week is at last providing some motivation, which is just as well, since I still have the cold, though it is a bit better, and would be struggling to find any motivation without the challenge. I think I have got a grip on the sweet cravings now, back down to my usual levels, lol! Thanks to my buddies for all your very useful suggestions 😀😀😀
149.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
