Paleo was healthy but I could not lose as I felt I should. I still eat Paleo most of the time, I altered the plan I did a 10 day no carbs, then on 11th evening meal, I allowed carbs now I allow carbs at evening meal every 4th evening. this is a metabolism restart and has Worked. I enjoy the plan and it works for me. I have increased my walking again to 3 or 4 days a week exercise bike 2 days a week
I have a healthy protein shake for breakfast whey protein powder, unsweetened coconut other Almont milk, walnuts chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen cherries or blueberries, lunch a nice salad with meat of my choice for protein, dinner meat and veggies. I only have carbs now on 4th evening g meal, my body is humming Another nice thing I have added, my bath...a nice hot soak in Epson salts 2 cups in a hot bath for at least 15 minutes. This bath has helped flush toxins and my achy body has benefited so much
