It is not a challenge day but I had to record my weight because I met my next mini-goal :D even after last night's cheeseburger (with the bun), I dropped over a pound...I am completely shocked and so very happy!!!

Thank you Karen, I didn't think I would lose because I ate the bread. Same thing happened last time I "cheated" not a big loss but i sure didn't gain after a 60 carb smoothie
