i noticed that my calorie count for the past few days has been horribly low! My appettite is definately not what it use to be. UNDER 800 calories a day and im not hungry all the time.wondering if its the stress or if ive just stoped being as hungry

Unless you have a medical reason for having such a low caloric intake, that is very unhealthy. You are just teaching your body to slow down its metabolism and store any energy it does receive as it will think it's in a starvation state.

actually I just read that starvation mode is not a realistic problem for most people (unless your fat percentage is too low) http://fitnessblackbook.com/main/starvation-mode-why-you-probably-never-need-to-worry-about-it/ however losing weight too fast may bring other problems that I am not aware of
