Great job there, Misty! You are a real trooper. I'm trying to motivate myself, but at I've done two days of pushups, then it seems like it's naptime. lol

Suzy that's great u get the legs done. I paid 108.00 for the whole program and those extras were not included. 😔 I start out w the challenge too. Warren u deserve a nap! Keep up the good work u two! Oh this leg day is a total of 335 squats, lunges, stiff leg dead lifts w weights! Together 38 mins, not 335 each! Lol. What did I get myself into??

I know Suzy some r too "busy". I worked for Illinois State Veterans Affairs for 11 years. I continue to care for a veteran today, make his meals for him everyday (well we do eat out a lot...), clip his nails, wash his clothes, clean up after him, talk to him, listen to him. It's a little price to pay considering... There's nothing like watching a room full of disabled elders signing God Bless America and knowing every word, not forgetting a one. #Amazing.

Muscles need rest to repair and grow - at least that is what I believe to be true - so a rest day is OK for you.

Sorry, but I have to ask, are you a good golfer Steven? I haven't eagled a hole in a decade. lol To eagle a par 5, you have to knock the crap out of that ball. lol Congrats, Steven!
