Kind of annoyed with my apartment when it comes to weighing myself.

This morning I stepped on the scales, and it looked like I had lost 2lb overnight! So I tried again moving the scales a little. This time I was 3lb heavier. *sigh*

I realise weight isn't the be all and end all, but it is nice to track progress. And it's hard to be encouraged by a loss if I'm not sure whether it is me, or how the floorboards are feeling that day...

I had this same problem digital scale right... if i move it a bit it changes the weight... and if you weigh yourself to many time you get different weights each time... so i have bought another scale now i weigh myslef once on both.. and if they match that is the weight *LOL* crazy ha...
