Ugh :-( get out of a cold and into pms headache that won't go away :-( can't win for losing lately >_< . It's now been about two weeks since I've worked out and I feel like crap. I hope this pms goes away within the next day or so so I can get my butt back in gear. Also had Pizza Hut and Cheesebuger in paradise AND Mc Donalds this past week, so if I don't gain I'll be amazed *sigh*. My "week" ends/starts on Thursday's (weigh ins) so by Friday I'm hoping to be back in gear 100% and get off a few more pounds by the Halloween party I'm attending on the 29th .

Don't beat yourself up about your diet if come Thursday you are not happy with the results. Like you said, you will be back in gear on Friday. We know you can do it. Hope you feel better soon.

Sometimes it takes a little slip to get the metabolism to kick in. You're watching what you do, and changing your lifestyle a little bit at a time - and that's what really counts over the long haul.

Yea, I'm just gonna count this weekend as a "spike" weekend lol. Hopefully my body will treat it as such. And if not, should just give me a little extra motivation for next week :-).
