All finished up with Crossfit bootcamp. Started the continuation program this week and was able to workout every day. The workouts are challenging but once finished I feel great. looking forward to week 2 of Continuation after a couple days of rest. I might go for a run this weekend to keep loose but thats about it.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
