Pulled my hamstring on Monday putting a hardwood floor down. Couldn't run or exercise, could barely walk. Much better today but no cardio on the horizon. Hit the gym and did the following:
Bench 95x15, 135x12, 165x10, 185x10, 195x6 3 sets
Incline Dumbbell presses 55x8 3 sets
Tricep Pushdown 3 sets @ 60 x 10
