Woke up at 5am this morning - wide awake and raring to go! It is going to be a loooooong day as we have the Rugby World Cup semi-finals to watch tonight and they don't finish till after 11pm LOL

I guess lots of green tea for me today!!!!

By the way, vaseline on my itchy bits in the shower is working wonders for keeping the chlorine off - much less itching! Yay! And cheap too!!!

Am thinking of making cauliflower pizza for dinner......

Hi Squigglywiggly, I too am from Chch and am low carbing it, I put on about 15kilos in the months after the quake and have only now got my head together enough to look after myself. We are going to friends tonight to watch the rugby but they are quite good about my eating although I do miss my wine!

Hi Carom! I am pretty nervous about the game tomorrow night LOL. Darn Aussies! Thankfully I was already low carbing before the quakes or I would have put on so much! Thankfully I lost during that time, but recently stalled pretty badly so researched the Leptin Protocol with Jack Kruse - and it is really helping! There isn't many low carbers in Christchurch is there? When I talk about it people look at me like I have two heads LOL Oh and I drank too much wine in my wild years, I can't even stand the smell of it now LOL.
