Kind of bummed about the 1.4 pound weight gain. Really not sure what that is about. I stayed very close to my 2000 RDI, went over just a little 2 days but had exercised alot those days. Oh well 10 weeks left to go. I still got time. Good thing I logged ALL my food so I can look back and see what my problem is
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
