R2P2 - VLCD #4
Same as yesterday, maybe I ate too much cauliflower yesterday. It was delicious though with my sea scallops!
No traces of ketosis either this morning, but I won't take any B12 injection today, only my 125IU of HCG
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
