Easy walk for 30 minutes this morning. Back up half a pound. Should be past this plateau within a couple days. One pound of fat takes up about the same amount of space as a box of butter - the kind with the sticks of butter in it.

Didn't do so well this evening. Wife made spaghetti, and it was delicious as usual; and I ate too much - also as usual. Probably killed a day's worth of RDI in one meal. Oh well; tomorrow's another day.

233.5 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
